Returns Policy

At Divine Provision, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because Canadian law does not require merchants to accept returns in all circumstances, we have established the following policy so you know exactly how returns and refunds work with us. (Ontario)
1. Proof of Purchase Required
To be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund, you must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation.
2. Personal Care & Consumables (Non-Returnable)
Personal care products, consumables, hygiene items, opened supplies, and similar consumable goods cannot be returned once delivered. These items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
3. Defective Electrical Appliances — Returns & Exchanges
If an electrical appliance (e.g., emergency radio, flashlight, or similar powered device) is defective on arrival, you may return it under the following conditions:
Within 30 days of the original order date (counted from shipment date).
The device must be unused (other than testing functionality) and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
If all conditions are met and the item is confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. General Returns for Non-Defective Items
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. For eligible non-defective, non-consumable items (e.g., unopened tools, backpacks, accessories):
You may return them within 14 days of the original order date.
The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note: because Canadian law does not automatically require returns for change of mind, this return option is offered as a courtesy. (ised-isde.canada.ca)
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are:
Defective
Damaged
Incorrectly shipped by us
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer support to initiate an exchange.
6. How to Return an Item
Email us at info@divineprovision.ca within the applicable return window.
Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if defective.
We will respond with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable.
Ship the item back securely with tracking.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Shipping charges (original and return) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
